Registration: A place is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration form and the required enrollment fee.
Accuracy: Parents must provide accurate medical, behavioral, and contact information. Failure to disclose significant needs may result in a review of the child's placement.
Payment Schedule: Tuition, daycare, and club fees are payable in advance [monthly/termly].
Late Fees: Late payments may incur a surcharge of [10 % of monthly fee].
Notice Period: To withdraw a student or cancel a club placement, a written notice period of one full month is required, or fees in lieu of notice will apply.
Daycare/School Hours: Parents must adhere to drop-off and pick-up times. Repeated late pick-ups from after-school clubs will result in additional "late-stay" charges.
Absences: Please notify the school office by 8:30 AM if your child will be absent due to illness.

Bullying: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying, including cyber-bullying and harassment.
Booking: Clubs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Changes: Brainova reserves the right to cancel or change a club activity due to staffing or weather; in such cases, a credit or alternative activity will be provided.
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, Brainova is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings (toys, electronics, or expensive clothing). We strongly advise leaving valuables at home.
