• Enrollment: A student’s place is confirmed after completing registration and paying the required enrollment fee. Parents must provide accurate and complete information.
• Fees: Tuition, short courses, and club fees are paid in advance. Late payments may incur a 10% surcharge. One month’s written notice is required for withdrawal/cancellation, or fees may be charged in lieu of notice.
• Attendance: Parents must follow school timings and notify Brainova about absences. Late pick-ups may result in additional charges.
• Health & Safety: Children with contagious illnesses should stay home until they recover. Brainova may seek emergency medical assistance if parents cannot be reached.
• Conduct: Students are expected to demonstrate kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, and cyber-bullying are not tolerated.
• Clubs & Activities: Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Brainova may modify or cancel activities when necessary and will provide an alternative or credit where applicable.
• Personal Belongings: Brainova is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, so valuables should be left at home.
• Website & Content: Brainova owns its website content, and gallery images cannot be downloaded or redistributed without permission.
• Updates: Brainova may update these Terms & Conditions and will notify parents of significant changes through its primary communication channel.
